I wish I started using the Kegelmaster years ago. My gynecologist had mentioned kegel exercises on probably every visit, and I tried them maybe 3 or 4 times, but only following a visit and then I would just forget about them. I saw an ad for the Kegelmaster site one afternoon when I was online shopping for a birthday present. I read about the kegelmaster and figured I would give it a try. Now I use it a few times a week or anytime I feel like I want to do some Kegel exercises. I can feel a big difference and would say that my orgasms are more intense and enjoyable now.

The Kegelmaster is easy to use to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. I am 38 yrs old and my husband is 41 yrs old. We have 2 children (a boy and a girl). My son was born with a vaginal birth and my daughter was a C-section. I started using the KM after my gynecologist suggested I do kegle exercises. I did un-assisted kegel exercises for about a month but didn't feel like it was accomplishing anything so I bought the Kegelmaster and a set of Kegel Balls. I now use the KM about 2 to 4 times a week, and occasionally wear the Kegelballs around the house or during intercourse (which my husband likes). My husband and I both notice a difference in the way intercourse feels with or without the kegel balls. In general I am very happy and would recommend the Kegelmaster and Kegel Balls to other women.
